RDY Tech & Device Repair operates as an independent multi-brand electronics service provider. Brand names may be used only to identify compatible customer devices. No manufacturer partnership, authorization or endorsement is implied unless stated in writing.
Repair work begins after sufficient device information, inspection and customer approval. Estimates may change when hidden damage is discovered. Timelines depend on device condition, component availability and workshop capacity.
Customers should review the written service recommendation and available invoice estimate before approval. The 10% first-service discount applies only to eligible new-customer service invoices, excludes unsupported products or third-party charges and cannot be combined with another promotion.
Original, OEM-equivalent or compatible components are supplied according to availability and the customer-approved service category. Component specifications, pricing and expected timelines are confirmed before installation wherever practicable.
Customer information is used for enquiries, service coordination, invoices and records. Customers should back up important data and remove sensitive information before service. Never send passwords, OTPs, PINs or unrelated private documents through chat.
Any written service warranty applies only to the completed work and stated period. Pre-existing damage, liquid exposure, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, misuse and unrelated component failure may be excluded.
Diagnostic, procurement or approved labor charges already incurred may remain payable after cancellation. Collection requirements and storage periods will be communicated through the official helpdesk before any further action.
Service access is restricted to customers aged 18 or older who own the device or have the owner’s permission. Fraudulent requests, unlawful devices, abusive communication and attempts to bypass device security may be refused.
Booking coordination is available for Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai. Availability varies by location. The official WhatsApp helpdesk is the primary channel for booking and written support.
